We want you to love your Saben purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and hardware protectors are attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
